Albert Hartley prints up to a 250,000 metres of fabrics a week with a wide range of home furnishing applications using both rotary and flat bed printers.

The rotary printing machines print designs with a maximum width of 290 cm/114.17in and repeat sizes of 537mm/21.14 in, 641mm/25.24 in, 801mm/31.54 in, or 914mm/35.98 in. This machine can print in up to 16 colours.

The flat bed printing machines print wide width designs and can print up to 10 colours depending on the screen size. The maximum repeat size for this machine is 240cm/94.48 in with 6 colour printing.

The finishing facilities include 3 Stenters and offer a full range of finishes. These include shower curtain, easy care resin, roller blind, wipe clean table linen, and durable and semi durable flame retardant finishes.
